All subscription fees paid to ArrayTick are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

Once a subscription is activated, no refunds will be issued for partial usage periods, unused credits, or early cancellations.

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact us within a reasonable time, and we will review your request.

Any approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method and may take several business days to reflect.
